Samsung M21 Heating Issue

Hi,

I am faceing heating issue on my new M21 phone while using or charging... I bought this phone just 1 week before.. can any one said the soultion about this.. most of my mobile heat at camera side

now it is normal at all while using, on charging I am not sure as at that time i do not use it.

Please be assured and to resolve "Overheating" issue please follow the below given steps:-

1. Close background running apps.

2. Uninstall the unnecessary apps.

I have just bought samsung m21, while using, it is getting heat up on upper half both side. should I return it.

hey even I am also facing the same issue. its heated in upper half after charging .

my phone isn't heating while i am charging but it is heating from the top side of both rear and front camera after using the phone for like 25-30 minutes of yt, facebook etc also its battery is also draining like 4500 mah

samsung m21 heating issue in last update. phone heat very quickly with normal uses like watching YouTube videos, browsing and downloading. please fixed with next ota update .
