As per your query, we want to inform you that when your device runs on a 5G network it handles the higher data speeds and increased network demands. while this, device is connected to multiple network terminals, if the device generates heating while using a 5G network then it will automatically shift to a 4G network to minimize the heat. We would request you to kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issue.
