Galaxy MPurchased Samsung Galaxy M31 during Aug 2020. Exactly 1 year 4months completed. Now my phone is not working and rebooting in loop.
Checked service center. they said Boot IC problem.. will cost around 8k for servicing. which is half of the phone cost. If only Boot IC is 8k what will be the cost of other spares which is inside the phone. really cant understand the logic of service cost.
Understood that samsung phone which we buy above 15k are can be used for 1 to 1.5 yr. Samsung has to really improve the quality of the component or phone.
Now I have to look for other brand from samsung :(

Galaxy MGo to settings -> Click General management option -> there is reset option click that -> click the option Factory data reset.
In this your all data will delete and your device is become a new device you have set up again to your device. Your problem will be solved. 👌 😉.

Galaxy MAnd once in while in some phone models complaints arise, it's normal...when a factory or chip maker produces gadgets some % may face issues after they leave factory. Every product whether expensive or not has a slight chance to fail after a certain time, unfortunately the complaints found your phone.
