Samsung Galaxy M31 heating issue

Hello,

I bought Samsung Galaxy M31 last Sunday ( 7th June 2020) and I am facing heating issue. I opened the camera and take a videos and I also played PUBG the moment i start doing this the mobile started  heating with in seconds on top of the front screen. I also updated the system and also did the reset. but still facing heating issue. other features are working perfectly. 

Please help and suggest what should i do?

I have bought Samsung Galaxy M31s through Amazon on 6th of Aug 2020 which got delivered on 14th of Aug. Its wonderful mobile but found that the travel adapter is getting heated, though the charging time is 90-100 minutes

 May i know the reason for it please?

Generally the temp is 35 to 39 degrees. if in this range it is ok. Try restart with charger connected for retuning.

1)Close background running apps.
2)Uninstall the unnecessary apps.

Hello,

If you read the comments mentioned by caascac32, it says 'the mobile started  heating with in seconds on top of the front screen'. I too am facing same issue. Camera was the very first app I tried using as soon as I switched on my new Samsung Galaxy M31 for the first time. It started heating up as soon as I switched the camera on. I do not have any other apps running, no new apps are installed on the cell.

So please provide a suitable software update to fix this issue or everyone will lost their trust on Samsung
