As many user of Samsung Galaxy M30s not feeling happy after Android 10 update because they are facing slow charging problem. In starting this device was taking 2.5 hrs to get fully charged on Android 9 but until it got an update on newer version of android that android 10 many user is not happy after update because now it takes 5-6 hrs to get full charged. So Samsung should take care of their user and must released update for slow charging related problem. (Users are not happy as it can be seen over many blog and youtube channels)

charge your phone at zero brightness level and turn off all functions like bluetooth mobile data wifi etc...charge it ideal condition with zero brightness

not only charging problem battery draining, battery estimated time decrease after updated android 10 and camera problem 48MP no flash no zoom are not supported in android 10 and it's not stable update many more bugs as we all know which samsung must listen our voice.

Please perform the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:

 

1. Check your charging cable (USB cable) for physical damage such as wear and tear, bent prongs etc. If it is damaged then kindly visit your nearest service center to get it replaced.

 

2. Check charging, if rating is 15W or above. Kindly try to charge the device in a non-inverter socket.

Note: Kindly open Device care from Settings > Battery > Please tap on 3 dots(more option) at the top right hand side > please select settings > enable fast cable charging.

 

For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback > Error report/Ask questions).

With every upgrade why does Samsung add more bloatware? Why are you so keen on getting what a user does, and why? Privacy matters, and you should not be invading it. Seriously, you people are pathetic.
