Thanks to Samsung Community & Developer who Resigned the App to Work in ONEUI CORE Devices.

My Device used is Samsung M21. It works on other Devices too. 

Just install directly & Reboot your Device and Vola!

Is it Installed? search the app if it's there or not. If there then reboot your device again & see.
