SERIOUS ISSUES OF SAMSUNG M30S

To the SAMSUNG DEVELOPER'S 

THE SERIOUS PROBLEMS FACING BY SAMUNG GALAXY M30S ARE,

1.BATTERY ISSUE

         THE TIME FOR FULL CHARGING IS ALMOST 8 HOURS .

2.HEATING ISSUE

      THE MOBILE IS OVERHEATED WHILE USING INTERNET, AND PLAYING ONLINE GAMES.I CAN SAY YOU THAT WE CAN DO IRON WITH THAT HEAT.

3.AUTO RESTARTING

      SOME USERS ARE FACING THIS ISSUE .

4.SLOW PERFORMANCE

      THE PERFORMANCE OF THIS MOBILE AFTER ANDROID 10 IS VERY SLOW .

 HOPE THEY FIX IT WITH AN UPDATE.

Even my M30s has a restarting problem due to defective motherboard. Took for service and person said it's mother board issue.   Customer care is not responding with a solution to replace the defective motherboard.  Faulty product and they are still making us wait for aresolution for past 4 days

Samsung M30S has faulty Motherboard. almost 6 out of 10 M30s user must have faced it or facing it. The phone if switch off it dosent switch on. When you do power reset or complete reset still the phone runs in loop of starting up and never really starts. When I Visited to Samsung authorize service center they said i need to install new motherboard plus they are not giving guarantee that this condition will not appear again. Samsung has really cheated us with regards to samsung M30 S we need free replacement from Samsung
