I have been using a SanDisk ultra SD card for about 3 months now , sometimes file manager fails to recognise sd card even if inserted but restarting fixes it but this time around it totally failed to detect Sd card no mater what not only that , even on laptop it's now detecting not even in disk management in windows before this happened my memory card was in my phone all the time and I didn't removed , it certainly stopped working ..... This is bad Samsung ..... My sd card somehow got coroupted or it broke if not then tell my way I can make it work !

so brother if not worked on other handset too, means your card has been corrupted
so if you use sandisk, it has warranty i m not sure how many years but around 10 years may be
so try to recover from them

Thanks but as I said , I tried everything but my laptop don't detect the thing even in diskpart or disk manager it's gone without that I can't recover it , I even tried rubbing eraser to remove carbon if formed , that too didn't work just failed in phone !
