SAMSUNG M35 BATTERY DRAIN ISSUE

I Have Recently Bought Samsung M35 on Oct 14 and I have observed that the battery backup is too low for a phone with 6000mah battery . IDLE drain is also too high. Is this an Issue with my device or anyone else facing the same issue .For me it is giving like around 4hr SOT with 30 percent remaining at the end of the day. Im a very light user

If you updated your phone and facing problem then take backup of your data and factory reset the phone and don't UPDATE till new patch

I tried to take battery to 0. In general any phone when goes to zero will still have some battery left in it so that when we try to on it itll show plug charger but my phone died out completely is this an issue with the battery
