We should hope for the best from them.. As M51 is a good smartphone, almost like a Mid-Range Flagship, but lacks some new features and technologies than some of its competitors in the price segment, Thats why we should tell them about their flaws so that they could work on it and provide us with the best through updates, which should be more frequent now and they should also listen and implement on the thoughts of the Community Members which every smartphone company lacks I think..
And the skin of the UI also looks and sounds pretty old versioned.
As we know the new Smartphone they are launching F62 will be launched on Android 11 with One UI 3.1 and we have just about 5-6 months old smartphone and it is still on Android 10.
And another point to note is F62 will come on One UI 3.1 and we will be receiving One UI Core(Not Full Version) 3.0.
I don't understand why samsung gives one ui core version in some of his smartphones although they come in mid-range flagship segment like M51 and M31s. I am really disapointed with this partiality although we pay more than 20k in which other brands gives full fledge UI. Due to this those smartphones lack several software features, I hope they will sort out this problem in upcoming update of android 12 with one UI 4.0
I expect samsung to give full one ui version on m51 rather than the core versionas unlike m31 and other m series phones m51 is somewhat close to A series phones in price(8GB Variant)
