After about 2.5 years of use and updating phone whenever available, my phone has started to show problems like sudden restarts and heating. Even while using simple apps like chrome it restarts several times now a days. It is happening for a month now.
Service center said to replace motherboard wihich will cause 4600 INR. He also said these M series phones generally showing restart problems.Local mechanic said 2500 INR for cpu cleanup but chances are there that phone can be dead.
I am currently running on android 11 and oneui 3.
I have also seen one of my friend and in other social media that the M and A series phones have the same issues. What is SAMSUNG going to do about it? I am a SAMSUNG fan and using only these smart phones but I am very disappointed. I would rather choose other brands because I can't waste money again upon this. Trust broken.
