Restarting Problem

Don't Buy Samsung M30s series mobile.  One of the worst mobile phone ever seen my life . I request to the company Don't play with customer.  Your company take much higher amount from other mobile companies.  So please make Good mobiles. My phone frequently restart any time after one year . I do not use any worst third party apps also. I am a samsung custmore from 10years. I also use all home application but Now a days i see every samsung product is worst quality . I do not recomend any one to bye samsung product . I tought i just waste my money .

I send the device logs many times . Nothing good happen. And why I changed the motherboard instead of to buy a new mobile . It's totally a company fault.

Same issue here man 😞
Samsung gave a faulty update to m30s
And now my phone is continuously restarting like crazy.
It has become unusable now... don't know what to do.
Service center guys are asking for 6000rs to change the motherboard.
It's just 1.5yr old phone.

I feel I shouldn't have updated software that day, then it would have been working fine without software update.

Then go and ask for free mother board replacement..becoz most of the exynos9611 chips users having this issue... don't ignore this like a normal issue...

I also changed my device mother board 2 times within 2 years. I bought A50s on Nov 2019. But I extended my device warranty for one more year.. so I easily changed my device mother board with no cost

Contact samsung customer care service.. explain your problems and ask for a solution in a hard way.. becoz most of the samsung user affected by this issue... definitely they will help you...
