Why my samsung m53 restart automatically 1-2 times in a day ( auto restart option is off in settings)

Is this concerning 😟?

Automatic restarts on the Samsung M53 can happen even if Auto Restart is OFF. Common reasons are software bugs, overheating, faulty apps, low memory, or a recent update issue.

Do this:
1.Check if the phone is overheating (remove heavy case if needed)

2. Update the phone to the latest software patch

3. Boot into Safe Mode and see if restarts stop (to identify a bad app)

4. Clear cache partition (if you know how)

5. Make sure storage is not almost full

6. Run Device Care > Diagnostics

It is caused by motherboard issue. It's better to take your mobile to the service center.

Take backup of your important data ASAP

Kindly reset factory data with backup then try to it's again. If not resolves then go to service center for check and resolves this issue. It's maybe a motherboard issue. It is highly probable that this issue stems from the motherboard, as I encountered a similar situation with a previous Samsung device where a software reflash did not resolve the problem. I was able to exchange the device through Flipkart without incident, as its physical condition was pristine and all functionalities appeared operational. I was particularly hopeful that the device would not experience a reboot during the exchange process with the delivery agent.

Bro now I'm a student & i have so much project related files are saved , if my phone is dead then 😑 . I can't understand what to do

I get what you're going through, but I'd suggest at least backing up your important stuff to a hard drive, SSD, or even a flash drive if you can't get a new phone right now.
