Restart issue solved by Samsung

Dear Users I was using Samsung m31s device 1 year and 3 months old, from last some days it was restarting automatically and stuck during the use.

I have spoke to Samsung official and they suggested me to visit service center and submit my phone.

After 2 days they replaced motherboard of device free of cost.

I want to thank brand for addressing the issue and work on it.

This is my first Samsung device and I appreciate support shown by Samsung.

Yes, if you speak to Samsung official, they will do it
I also have submitted my A50s, and service head has assured for repair
