I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding the recent sofware update for my Samsung M52 5G smartphone. After installing the update (Firmware version M526BXXU3CWF3/M526BDDM3CWF3/M526BXXU3CWF2 ) on 01/06/2023, I noticed the appearance of persistent green lines on the device's display, rendering it unusable.

Considering the timing of the issue and the fact that it occurred immediately after the software update, it is evident that the problem is not a result of any mishandling or damage on my part. This strongly suggests that the update has caused a hardware malfunction in my device.

I would like to emphasize that my Samsung M52 5G is not currently under warranty. However, given the clear correlation between the update installation and the onset of display issues, I kindly request a free replacement of my

smartphone. I believe that the responsibility lies with the company, as the issue occurred directly as a consequence of the software update.

I am facing a green line issue on my phone post the software update.
I had a really bad experience since then, I had no physical damage and all of a sudden green line starts showing up.

Same issue reported myself and lot of other members using M52. Is there any chance to move against samsung legally? Like mass complaint movement in consumer court or other actions like that.

Samsung is responsible for this, and they must take care of it.

Kindly post a message in samsung members app so that Samsung can know that m52 is also getting green lines with photo or video and tweet also

The same problem I am facing. After installing update the green lines appeared on the screen which are getting increased day by day.I request Samsung to do the needful.
