Remove this 'recommended apps' notification

It's been 2 months since I own this phone and this bloatware notification remains there. Tapping o the notification does nothing. I don't want to tap any of the two options in the notification coz I don't wanna install any BLOAT.

Is there a way to turn it off? Notifications toggle is disabled for this app, so it always remains on.

I just clicked the use data option... and it quickly started installing a bunch of apps, like
Samsung Global Goals
Samsung Free
Samsung Internet
Reminder
Wearable

That was annoying uninstalling them.

Can understand but there is no other way how you can avoid notification.

Some you can uninstall some can just be disabled
