Remove this 'recommended apps' notification

It's been 2 months since I own this phone and this bloatware notification remains there. Tapping o the notification does nothing. I don't want to tap any of the two options in the notification coz I don't wanna install any BLOAT.

Is there a way to turn it off? Notifications toggle is disabled for this app, so it always remains on.

Follow This Steps:-
Swipe Down To Notification→Long Press on The Notification→Turn off The Notification.

As I said the option to disable the notification is not there.

Ok.I Understand.You Can Try The Below Steps:-
1)Open Settings→Notification→Search App Cloud→Turn Off Notification.
2)Search Background App Usages→Search App Cloud→Turn off Background Uses.

Nah. It didn't remove the notification still.

Disable notification and disable background data use.

I chose use data option and the app installation got completed and no longer do I receive any such notification

I would do that. But I would first need to know what apps is it gonna install.

System apps I suppose which inevitably have to be updated to avoid further notification...
