Regarding Notification sound bug.

I have turned the notification sounds of my Galaxy M31 to silent turned it to vibrate mode but still whenever i get message or notification in any social media app the device makes notification sound. Tried everything on my device to sort this issue but its not working. I have turned all the notification sound to vibrate  even in individual app settings but still notification sounds do ring. 

Anybody facing same issue....?

I Did everything before posting this issue.... It's not working. Everytime the notification sounds ring even after turnig of the notification sound individually from the apps...
