Why mobile is using so much memory, right now it is using 3.5 gb, and sometime it goes to 4 gb and mobile is 6 gb varient. Why are you not pushing any updates to solve this problem. Please do something about this.

To resolve this issue kindly follow the given below steps:

1. Check device cache: Settings> Device care>Storage>Clean now.
For a particular application: Settings>Apps>Pick the app that you like to clear off the cache memory. For example 'Samsung Internet' >Storage>Clear Cache.
2. Reset the device and before resetting the device make sure to create data backup of your device via SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.
>> Settings>General Management>Reset.


If the issue still persist, kindly register your concern in Samsung Members app (Samsung Members app > Get help > Feedback > Error report/ask question).
Note: Please send device log files within 15 minutes of issue occurrence along with the exact issue details.

I think Samsung 🤔 doing scan about memory Ram because my note 10 use less ram memory and have the same apps
