Hi I own Samsung galaxy M31 and from past few months I observed that my proximity is not working and during on call, screen was not off and hence face issues...
Please suggest do I really need to change my proximity sensor...

Earlier I diagnosed my mobile through get help section and that time I found mine proximity isn't working and yesterday I was checking setting and found touch sensitivity option and I toggle it on and voila proximity is working and also diagnostic test shows it working now....
