The day I bought this phone I am having issues with the face lock and screen. Now when I finally asked for a replacement the customer care is giving me a run around. I think I made a mistake buying this cell. Pls do not buy this product. I will have to legal if Samsung does not help me.

i bought the cell on 14th Feb and the issue started from that day, i have called and interacted with the support team many times but no help

When I call the care department I get a reply that take the cell to service center and if they are not able to rectify the issue then send us a mail we will check If we can give you a replacement. what stupidity from Samsung. I think now I should sue Samsung for this behavior.
