Problem with All M series

Sometimes my M31 and Other M ( I personally Experience in M31 & M30s ) series Smartphones Restart And Hang AUTOMATICALLY.....It is Big Problem....Please Help me Samsung...Do Something about it....Who is Facing with this problem please 🙏  Like It so They  take it Seriously...Help🙏🙏🙏🙏

Samsung is going to charge to replace the hardware.

Hi, did Samsung service center help with the identification and resolution of the issue ?
I am having the same hang and restart problem, so might need to take it to the service center..

facing same issue since 2 weeks.
tried safe mode, factory reset, clearing cache partition everything.. still not resolved.
sent error report, haven't received any support yet.
If anyone has any other information/resolution, please suggest..

I have visited Samsung Service Center for this issue, and they have replaced the motherboard of my handset. As it was under warranty, there was no charge for this replacement.
After that, the issue is not found anymore, as of now.
