Samsung M35 – Airtel App Routing Issue Not Fixed Even After November Patch |

I am facing a major network issue on my Samsung Galaxy M35 only when using Airtel mobile data.

From 14.01.2025 to Sep 2025, I used Jio, VI and BSNL without any problems.
Only after activating Airtel, the issues started:

App routing failure
Apps not connecting on Airtel data
Network failure for selected applications
Works perfectly on other brands → issue only in Samsung M35/M-series
 November Security Patch Received – Still Not Resolved

I received the November 2025 security patch update, but the issue remains exactly the same.
No improvement. No fix.

This confirms the problem is deeper in Samsung’s network handling software, not Airtel.

Samsung Members Bug Capture Impossible
Last time Samsung asked me to capture bug logs, but I CANNOT because
Even Samsung Members application itself gets blocked on Airtel mobile data.
So it is impossible to send log reports.
 What I Already Tried
Samsung Service Center → Device OK, no hardware fault

Airtel Store → SIM replaced, tested SIM in other phones → Works perfectly

Office WiFi & home WiFi → No issues
Issue ONLY on Samsung M35 + Airtel mobile data

Airtel SR Details

Airtel final update: “Network optimised – issue not from Airtel”
Airtel confirmed many Samsung M-series users have the same problem

They clearly stated the issue is Samsung software / missing network compatibility patch

Request for Immediate Fix

This requires high-level coordination with Airtel and an urgent network patch for M35/M-series.

Can you perform mobile data reset and try ? Also check access point of Airtel sim in network settings.

Have you tried keeping 4g preferred mode ?

Yes i have faced this issues on my m34 5g as well as m35 5g before but i have switched to S24
