I have told earlier about samsung m36 being milky shade in sunlight last time when i visited care they only gave 'acknowledgment of service request' and not even see that problem again. Now in summers it is very hard to use it in sunlight because i can not see what is on the screen and also i have video proof that its screen is malfunctioning i am touching somewhere else it automatically touches else somewhere and doing random things also for some time and this is happening 3rd or 4th time after buying phone. And now i am afraid to go to care, they always say phone is normal and for screen they say see another samsung m36 for compairing screen.. if anyone has samsung m36 please tell if you are facing issues to see screen in sunlight..
In some months its warranty will be over and then i have to pay for these issues for changing screen.

- Do not rush to pay for repairs caused by software updates.


- First, escalate your case to [email protected]


- If your issue is still not resolved free of cost, file a complaint in the consumer forum.


Documents required to file a complaint:


- Job sheet from service center.


- Phone purchase bill/invoice.


- Clear photo of the phone showing the display issue.


- Email copies / telephonic conversation recordings.
