Problem in Galaxy M51

There is microphone issue in my galaxy M51.  It off the whatsapp video calls almost every time. Why this problem?

Yes, i am saying that only the problem is our device processor supports carrier aggregation, but samsung has not enabled it, in race of doing feature discrimination.
