I suggest you to use default samsung launcher only..

Nope samsung launcher doesn't have customisation etc

If you still want to continue then approve the it and use it accordingly

Bro if u need to use this launcher accept all the permission it asks to work and enjoy..

After everything is fine try disabling each permission and check whether without that permission enabled is there any problem with this launcher ..
Like that try and keep only really necessary permission for that launcher..
Nova launcher is a good one
But It's good to use default samsung launcher ..
If u need themes and other check it out in theme store ..

I had this issue in the past.
Open settings
Click on apps
Click on 3dots
Select reset app preferences
reboot your device.
This worked for me.
