Can you hear us. I have buy mx player Pro apk for watch videos due to inbuilt samsung player keep stopping with galaxy M12 devices.

Go to phonr setting and change default player and choose mx player

Hahaha I have done already . And have buy mx player Pro apk from Google store. It's paid app. My problem is why inbuilt app stopped

Uninstall all the Updates of Samsung in-built Video Player.
Go to Settings > Apps > Video Player > Uninstall Updates

Dear, there is no uninstall (uninstall updates option) for in built apps. And this apk not shown in galaxy store.

Hmmm... Can you share the current version of video player app installed in your system ?

Same version is installed on my device and working without any issues.
Do force stop and Clear Data and then check if it is working or not.
