Photos are getting deleted automatically from my gallery

IAM using samsung m31 frm past 1mnth...I couldn't find my old picture in my gallery its get deleted or disappear from my gallery without my input. I could only see picture that captured in past 1wk

I would rather have cloud backup AND keep my pictures on my phone UNTIL I CHOOSE to remove them from my phone. So how do I do that?

I am using samsung galaxy f 62 for 1 month. I have moved my some personal pics to secure folder.After 2-3 days,it is deleted automatically.for checking  that was it my mistake,i moved a random picture   to samsung secure folder,but it also got diappeared from that.samsung claims with knoxx security,your personal data don't leaves your phone.

• Samsung should answer it asap....this is totally unacceptable.How the data of any user be deleted by any  device automatically without any  notification.i condemn this.and ask samsung to work on it and fix it as soon as possible.

I am also same problem facing. I am using Galaxy M31s. So many of images/photos download and my own images copied some folder  with cotogary folders, got automatically deleted without any prior notice. The folder structure remains same folders under folders upto 4 levels, but only deleted images. Before also i got same issue, but that time though my mistake. This time i seen just one back alls images. So how can samsung device auto delete the very important private data of the respected user. I have a doubt on Device  and it software. Those are  so  important to me. Also i doubt or data files loss(business related and personal files). We are check generaly.

Please do Samsung people some help to your customers regarding in this issue.

Are you asking users to purchase cloud subscription!!!
Becz people have GBs of data but samsung provide 5 gb only & 15 by google!!!

same happened with me, using M30s during facing hanging & automatically restart issue one day suddenly my last one month photos got deleted. don't know how? they are not even in recycle bin. couldn't find them.
