Phone overheating.

My phone sometimes get heated like the bottom of an iron while I put it on charging even just for an hour. I don't know if it's an issue or not but I definitely can say that it might not be good for my phone get overheated to this much extent. 

Will it be any issue with the charger , or the input we use for charging?

Is it recommendable to immediately switch off the phone while it's get overheated?

If it gets heated over 45 degree celsius you should definitely unplug the charger. Why are you from? Like the regional temp. might also affect

Bro India mein to aesa hi haal hai .... you can't charge for more than 1 hour. It heats up.

But mujhe samjh nhi aata ki temp. Itna high hone ke baad bhi cpu temp. ka notification kyu nhi aata

I think that comes on a very high temperature like if it's going to burn.
