Phone got freeze after 2 3 mins

I have a m30s while playing pubg my phone got freeze and it restart automatically but now when i am using it suddenly freeze and automatically restart can someone give me any kind of solution of it please

Not a bad update, but an actual hardware defect on Exynos 9611 SoC devices.

There are multiple motherboard failures across M30s after update. They're killing motherboard. I would strongly suggest backup up of everything and flashing an older version of firmware from sammobile

Downgrading Android version won't solve the issue.
