Phone doesn't wake on notifications

I recently switched to Samsung M14 5G. But fron last 2 months I've noticed my phone never wakes up kn notifications. I tried to find any options but I failed. Please help if anyone knows how to enable it. Thanks.

Use glimpse notification app from play store.
