Galaxy MHi everyone,
I’ve been facing a serious issue with my Samsung Galaxy M31, where the device keeps shutting down every 15 minutes. After some research, I found that this problem is linked to the Exynos 9611 processor, affecting many other users as well.
Despite reaching out to Samsung Support multiple times, I’ve been informed that my device is out of warranty and any repairs will be chargeable. When I asked for a written statement confirming that there are no known issues with the Exynos 9611 processor, I was denied this information. Instead, I was told over the phone that device failures depend on usage, which I felt was indirectly blaming me for the damage.
I’ve now decided to file a complaint in Consumer Court and against Samsung’s advertising practices. If device longevity really depends on usage, this should be clearly stated in their ads. I wanted to share my experience here to see if others are facing similar issues and to warn potential buyers about the potential risks with this processor.
Has anyone else encountered this problem, and how have you managed it?
