Pdf is unable to download in SAMSUNG M30s

In my Samsung M30s handset. Some pdf are not able to download. Please tell me how can i solve it? Already i restore the handleset, but still i am facing this problem.

Which pdf reader are you using and from which site

I am currently use Microsoft office, WPS suite and site is study app's

Try xodo pdf reader or adobe reader
Also tell me what error you see while opening the pdf

It is not properly download, in between it show download unsuccessfully. The study app is unacademy, in other mobile phone same pdf is successfully download and opened

Maybe that pdf file is corrupted
Btw name the learning site or app so that i can help you better

Factory reset is already done

There can be problem with internet bandwidth or pdf files might be corrupt. I don't think there is any issue with your phone.
