Guys I've a very weird problem in two of my samsung galaxy M series phone. I am not sure if it's related to Samsung M series or any other phone in the world but the problem is quite annoying.

I've turned on my 'DOUBLE TAP TO WAKE' setting in both of my phone and both of my phone has a screen protector. Most of us know that the proximity sensor is at the top of our phone near the earpiece. (For those who don't know: The work of proximity sensor is to prevent accident touches when you speak on the phone during a call and when the phone is not on speaker)

So,the problem is , after taking the call (not on speaker obviously), my screen turned off which is normal and OK , BUT!! After that the screen doesn't turned on by itself. I've to use my power key to turn it on. I don't want to press my power key always after the call as it will damage my phone in long term.

If you any of you have faced this problem please reply and advice me a good solution, please also tell Samsung from your end about problem. Thank you for reading this upto last, i really appreciate your time :)

P.S:- I've already informed Samsung about this problem on WhatsApp care, but i don't get any satisfied answer

I faced similar problem few years back with my old M20. Same problem as yours. I visited authorized service center told them the issue and within an hour they repaired proximity sensor actually it has some sensitivity issue. So far no problem at all.
