Hello, i have samsung galaxy m21 which about 1 year old. Can anyone please tell me how to apply for one ui 4 beta update???

Kindly wait for the official list of devices getting android12

Right now beta program is only available for S21 series

Last year few devices gt beta updates other than flagship models but your device will be directly getting stable version

One ui 4.0 stable update get in Q1 of 2022 in M21

May be probably between Feb to april in between.
Or before may be January end week as like past year

No beta for m21 .
Only stable update

M21 will not get the beta version of Android 12. It will directly get the stable version of Android 12 next year before April ending.

As of now, we can't apply for beta.
One phone from M series will be selected for One UI core beta update.
If it is M21 then we can apply. Otherwise we can't apply.
But beta is not recommended. It will have many bugs.
We will get stable next year
