I am using Samsung galaxy m51 and I got just security update before 2 days and I install that update from that day I am expressing the battery is draining very fastly compare with previous battery drain please tell me how can I fix this problem?
Hi Bro,you can try to solve this problem by following the steps I mentioned below: Go to Settings of your device 》Battery and device care 》Battery. Here you will find the apps which are consuming most of the battery of your device by running in background. Please check and turn off the apps which are consuming alot of Battery of your device. Or you can also perform Wipe Cache Partition on your device.Search in youtube about "Wipe Cache Partition".There you will find the steps to perform it and it really works.I too did the same and my battery has drastically improved. If this still is not resolved thn do raise a ticket on Samsung Members app and send them the log data of your device.They will resolve it soon. I hope the steps I mentioned will help you to reduce battery drain issue of your device.
