Hey,

I just got the new update and I have to say I'm not a fan of the notification panel/quick panel (the one you're pulling from the top of the screen) being semi translucent grey-ish, instead of solid black like I used to have in the dark mode. It's less energy efficient and doesn't look good.

Is there any option to change it in the system? I don't want to get new launcher as I have nova and I'm quite used to my settings.

With quickstar not working on m series only thing I can think of are some shady apps that will ask permissions to be always on top/read my notifications, and this is out of discussion due to security reasons.

Agreed. I would love something more close to AOSP look. Maybe even the possibility to change icons, including battery/wifi/... too. Right now themes for 3.1 basically do **** all to these elements. There's other nasty issues I can't wrap my head around like animations and gestures only working properly with built-in home app, but this is more of an Android design negligence issue coming from the mighty Gogol.
