My samsung galaxy m31 suddenly showing not register on network for jio sim Already check sim card management keep phone auto mode check apnea,check network mode,reset network setting but hard luck need Solutions

I am also using jio with m31 and have no issues. First try with any other sim (from your relative or someone). If there is still no signal then there's an issue with the phone. If it works then your jio number has most likely been deactivated. Lastly reset your phone ans check

Try Checking sim on other phones too, if still problem exists call JIO customer care to send configuration settings to your phone.

It happens for me too on my S22. It's an issue with jio network. Because when this happens, it happens to all my family members (we all are jio users). May be it's due to servicing / maintenance of that particular network region. We all get disconnected at same time and when it starts working works for all of us at same time. It's not an issue of your device. Don't go for service of your device until you confirm It's definitely issue problem in device
