Not receiving security patch updates!

I am using M15 5g since Oct 2024, however since July 2025 am not getting any updates and it is showing error.
I have tried clearing cache, clearing data, restarting the device, logging out and relogin again but the issue still persists.
How to solve this?

I am also using M15 5G since December 2025, But I have received August 2025 security patch 1 month ago, I Think you should reach service centre.

Firstly, according to your image, this is Google Play system update(not security patch update as you mentioned) which is given almost every month or two for every galaxy phones(even the ones from 2019). You should try clearing the data and cache of Google Play Services from Settings, but then you would have to login to Google, again(probably). Most Galaxy Phones now have the September 2025 Google Play Update. If the above method does work, pls accept it as solution, otherwise visit Service Centre.

But the other user has mentioned about the frequency of update cycle and it seems he has not received too. I have not installed any suspicious apps/software, so what could be the reason (as everything was fine till July)
Or
Will I be getting one UI 8 update directly?
