I have Samsung M13 5G smartphone. I am struggling with a problem since many days. i use jio true 5g data in my smartphone. many times My smartphone is going from 5G to direct 4G network, then it is not coming back to 5G, I am not able to use 5G. 5g is not coming even after resetting my network settings. After factory resetting the smartphone, this problem gets resolved but after a few days the same problem starts coming again. I reset my smartphone 3 or 4 times in a month but this problem is coming again and again. So what can I do to get rid of this problem from my smartphone forever? Please solve my problem. @samsung

Do 1 thing.. show it to jio gallery wer u have taken a jio sim.. may be have a jio issue..

Same issue with my m13 5g phone one month before just i went samsung service center they take 15 days to solve the problem change the board, now my mobile working normal
