I am facing network problem after android 10 update. Frequently switching from 4g to 2g on bsnl network.
On my galaxy  A20 no network issue on bsnl working fine
Please resolve the issue.

Iam also have same issue.After the update I get low coverage of network in both SIM Before  it was not like that.Some times there occured a problem with the call also.

Kindly follow the below mentioned step to improve the performance of the device:

 

  1. Check device network in open area. Kindly check your device in a different location/network coverage area.
    2. Check network operator settings: Settings > Connections > Mobile network > Select automatically > Registered on network.

 

If the issue still persists, kindly attach the log file and send it to us in the Samsung member application (attach when the issue occurs within first 15 minutes of the occurrence of the issue.):-
Samsung Members App > Feedback >Error report > Attach log file for any issue
