I am facing netwrk issues after software update... where signals are strong its ok..but in the areas where singnals are little weak i face severe network call and net issues..whereas this was nt an issues before..even in low signal areas...
I have changed my sim also but still the problm didnt resolve.
Other people are using their phone nicely in the same area with same network.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon. Try reset of Network settings. WiFi and SIM both. Check if it works. Try the Cache clear from Recovery mode(At Own Risk). Worst case Samsung Service Center is your ultimate stop.

If the issue persists, kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.
