Network issue while using with Samsung M31

Hello Samsung, 

Iam using airtel sim in mobile..this is the fastest 4G network in my area..after starts to use this mobile, iam facing network problem very badly while others getting good network speed in the same network.And Turn on the flight mode and then turn on that 4G is coming and then the network is going on after a while..please solve this problem. This is very serious issue. Kindly help us.
