Even after vo5G in One UI 6 update, phone keeps falling to 4G during calls.

What's the point of Vo5G if calls don't go through it ?

Please collaborate with Reliance Jio and fix it soon.

This is a known issue. Reliance and samsung should work together to solve this issue!!
