Even after vo5G in One UI 6 update, phone keeps falling to 4G during calls.

What's the point of Vo5G if calls don't go through it ?

Please collaborate with Reliance Jio and fix it soon.

It is happening due to tunneling error. The reason can be your counter part's device or the cell that you are connected to.

Jio 5g is not stable yet it is currently in development so wait for stability
Currently vo5g is only available in delhi mumbai some areas during calls

No, it is available pan India. I have been traveling lately. Been to hyderabad, Bhubaneswar, vizag. Vo5G was available everywhere. In Kolkata it's 100% Vo5G without any fallback.

When I was in Delhi, Jio was pathetic, only Airtel seemed to work better. I was near rajiv chowk metro connaught place.

That is what i am saying in selected cities only vo5g works efficiently...in other places it is in testing phase please wait for stable rollout in nxt year say march
