Network Problem

Hey I am recently facing network issue in my m31 device, downloading speed is very slow since last update. I have Tried everything but nothing works.

Please report this problem to Samsung.

i think it's the sim problem... I'm using s-m31 i got the same problem like you.. Then i have changed sim network then it working properly... although samsung m31 signal receiver is lil'bit low
i think you have to go through changing the network...
if possible try downloading on wifi to ensure the issue

I appreciate it but I am using two different Sims both working fine in other devices, but not in my m31, I think it's software isse because of recent update, cause it's working fine before that.
