Network Issue

Since the second week of January. The network in samsung mobiles with jio sim is fluctuating too much . I have tested it with other sims but only jio and samsung are not compatible together. What do i do???

I complaint but they told me to go to nearest service center.... and i have gone there alrdy but they told to format and they aren't still sure abt the problem..

If you know option of changing network frequency band or lock band available in your phone then this issue is solved
