Network Issue with Galaxy M21

Does any face network issue with galaxy M21, sometime I get 2g signal whereas my nearby device has full 4G signal and better internet connectivity with the same service provider.

I am using vi. they saying vi has network issues.don't know whether problem was with service provider or mobile

No its an issue with Samsung only just because of network issue I changed from VI to airtel but again facing the same issue, I have faced the same issue with M30s

But for jio there is no issue

JIO itself a issue. It has less network coverage areas

So for JIO samsung phone consistently give 4g network. My issue is with the phone not with the network I had raised so many complaints to the service provider but they say we have 4g network at your location
