My phone keeps installing strange apps by itself , what to do ??

I am using galaxy M40 right now,  from the last two days ,the phone is installing new apps by itself.

the culprit is the galaxy store

go to Samsung Galaxy store>settings >disable marketing choice and customisation service
and set auto update app to never

and in the same way go to Galaxy theme and do the same setting

okey .... but there isn't a setting "never" in case of auto update 'galaxy themes,.

yes not in Galaxy theme, once you set in Galaxy store its not update auto.

Go to galaxy store setting than auto update app select never also disable marketing choice
