You should show this to yournearby service center
I had this issue in my m31 and it was because of defect in motherboard
You should do it fast because if your phone is under warranty it will be free of cost or else it is quite expensive to repair

You can try factory reset your phone.
After update this types of problems are normal.

It's better to boycott samsung mid range phones. No durability at all. Their service center people, after showing M31 without even checking anything, asked to replace the motherboard , which is costing about 10k. What kind of quality checks samsung doing?

I just faced the same issue in December 2022. Now I've solved the problem myself at home. For anyone who is facing this issue, here how to solve it:
1) back up your important data.
2) factory reset your phone.
3) after resetting, update the "Android System Webview" from the play store.

*Note:- factory reset is not so important but it will free up a large amount pf space.
